Interleukin-6 (IL-6, cod: DS1057-Mu), interleukin-1beta (IL-1β, cod: DB1074-Mu), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α, cod: DS051-Mu), COX-2 (cod: DB778-Mu) and PGE2 (cod: DB1750-Mu) kits were purchased from Shanghai Huding Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Superoxide dismutase (SOD, cod: A001-3-2), malondialdehyde (MDA, cod: A003-1-2), aspartate aminotransferase (AST, cod: C010-2-1), alanine amino transferase (ALT, cod: C229-2-1) and iNOS (cod: A014-1-2)kits were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). The HPLC-pure grade methanol, acetonitrile and acetic acid were purchased from Macklin (Shanghai, China). All other chemicals used are analytical grade.
